In particular, the firm had advised in various major litigation proceedings involving the supply of equipment and software for a telecommunications venture in Indonesia.

The firm also recently acted for Louis Dreyfus Asia Pte Ltd in obtaining a Mareva injunction against the proceeds of a letter of credit issued in favour of a Vietnamese entity in a separate transaction, where the said Vietnamese entity defaulted under various contracts of sale of rice due to the Philippine government rice tender.
